GeoData cadaster customfield configuration

  • If you have already created Geodata cadaster customfield in Jira, then you can proceed to its next configuration for Jira Service Desk. Open the configuration of the customfield “GeoData cadaster field” through the configuration.

  • We have to set up in which issues and under which project this custom field should be displayed. In our case, you specify it under the “Service Request” and “GeoData Test Service Desk”. To this option you go through the button “Applicable contexts for scheme: Edit Configuration”.

  • Go to “Field Configuration” and choose to make the customfield “GeoData cadaster field” visible under our Service Desk project on the screen.

  • Check the desired screen on which you want to display the customfield.

  • If you have set everything correctly, you will see the field “GeoData cadaster field”.

Jira Service Desk Portal: This field can also be set up on the portal. However, since it is not used on the portal and only shows the line of the relevant location, it is up to you whether to place it there.
