This will redirect you to the Atlassian page, where you will just click on the Accept button at the bottom of the page.
Close the editing of the layout by clicking on the Done button to start using the dashboard.
Several gadgets can be placed on one dashboard.
Gadget Configuration
After adding the gadget, it is open in a configuration mode. You can return to configuration mode anytime, using three dots in upper right corner of a gadget and selecting Edit option.
The configuration options are as follows:
Use the Saved Filter field to search with one of your shared filters
In the field Mode, choose the logical operator to be used for the searches. By default, it is set to OR, and you can change it to AND using the drop-down menu.
Configure the search field to work with the selected filter. The drop-down menu offers a list of all system fields as well as custom fields, followed by the JQL operator of your choice: equals to (=), contains (~), and so on.
Optionally, you can configure as many search fields as you need to be used with the chosen filter.
After you have configured all fields as you prefer and clicked the Save button, you can start using the gadget.
Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
Gadget usage: Searching
Navigate to the appropriate gadget.
Fill in the desired values and click on the Search button. Filled-in values are used as-is, no validating or parsing is done.
On the bottom of the gadget, it displays a number of results with a link to show them.
After clicking on the "Show issue search results" link, a custom search filter is created in the Issue Navigator, and only tickets that match it are shown.
